As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.
At The Power Store, all employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol and work areas are cleaned prior to packaging orders and when shipping each package.
The following preventative measures must be adhered to when receiving deliveries or Local Pickup:
- The wearing of cloth masks is COMPULSORY at all times – this includes courier staff and customers;
- Social distancing of 1.5m apart must be maintained;
- No customer will be required to sign on the handheld scanners during this period and customers to please sign the waybill with your own pen, if requested to;
- Please ensure that packages are disinfected using guidelines published by the National Department of Health.
