Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days after your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods will only be credited in full, if received within 10 days from date of invoice. After 10 days and within 30 days, goods returned will attract a handling charge of 30% of invoiced price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All goods must be returned in an unused, re-sell able condition and must include all manuals, cables, software and be in the original packaging

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, within 7 days, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return for credit is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed by EFT into a nominated bank account, within 10 days, bank processing delays excepted.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thepowerstore.co.za and send your item to the nearest warehouse as advised by email.

 

Shipping

Do not ship any product back before:

  1. You have reported the return by email
  2. You have provided photos of the installation, surge protection and products 
  3. You have received from us an RMA
  4. The RMA must be attached to the product and the outer packaging

To return your product, our address is the nearest warehouse as advised on the RMA.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your address, the time it may take for your exchanged/repaired product to reach you can be 3 working days to 7 working days typically.

If you are shipping an item over R500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
