Returns Policy

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the invoice date for eligible items. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

You have 14 working days from delivery to initiate a return for any resaleable, functioning product. To qualify, contact us within 10 working days of delivery, and return the item within 15 working days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee applies, and you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We will provide the return delivery address upon request.

Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all manuals, cables, software, and original packaging. An invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about its receipt and refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at sales@thepowerstore.co.za

Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email sales@thepowerstore.co.za. We’ll respond within 1-2 days with return instructions and documentation.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items valued over R500.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
